NP Dodge Real Estate is proud to announce that six new sales associates have joined the residential sales team.
Brent Johnson, a new licensee, has joined the Iowa sales team at 1032 Woodbury Avenue, Council Bluffs. Mr. Johnson is a member of the Southwest Iowa Association of REALTORS® and MLS.
Arthur Nelson, a new licensee, has joined the 204Dodge sales team at 613 N. 204th Ave. Cir., Omaha..
Jamie Jordan, a new licensee, has joined the Omaha’s Elite Real Estate Group sales team at our Lakeside office, located at 16909 Lakeside Hills Plaza, Suite 119, Omaha. Jamie previously worked for NEI Global Relocation, a wholly owned subsidiary of NP Dodge. She was born and raised in Nebraska City, earned a Business Administration degree and is proud to be a military spouse.
Carol Kaufman, a new licensee, has joined the Sarpy County sales team at 4912 Shannon Drive, Papillion.
Doug Schlegelmilch, a new licensee, has joined the Lakeside sales team at 16909 Lakeside Hills Plaza, Suite 119, Omaha.
Denice Coenen, a transfer licensee, has joined the 129Dodge sales team at 12915 West Dodge Rd., Omaha. She’s been in real estate for over 30 years, receiving her Brokers License in 1980. Denice has earned degrees from both the University of Nebraska-Omaha and Metropolitan Community College. She is also a member of the Southwest Iowa Association of REALTORS® and MLS. Denice has been very involved in her community through the years—Kiwanis Club volunteering at Franklin Middle School, church choir, Nebraska Humane Society, and the Governmental Affairs Committee with the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® , just to name a few. She has earned both the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) and the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation (GRI).
